CNA has been denouncing the "5D" corrupt scheme of Erion Veliaj's directors for months. The "5D" file led behind bars the important directors of Erion Veliajt, Mariglen Qaton and Redi Molla, Taulant Tu?en, 6 other officials have been left under house arrest, while others are being investigated and some are expected to be put in handcuffs. The directors of Veliaj have stolen the taxpayers' money of the citizens of Tirana with the tenders they gave to their company "5D Konstruksion", but the mayor of Tirana behaves as if he did not know anything, and even defends them, claiming that they have done good work. ( leave it here)

Yesterday, CNA brought new facts, which showed that Erion Veliaj is the chairman of the thief directors, or the organization of the thief directors, since the mayor himself described them as an organization.

Veliaj, although he says that he is not aware of the directors' thefts, has signed construction permits for complex buildings, but also tenders for the company "5D", which has changed its name 3 times, first it had "Igor Elektrik", then made "VAS Konstruksion" sh.pk and finally "5D Konstruksion". Pedestrian boardwalk at Lake Dry

One of the tenders is the one for the construction of the pedestrian walkway and bicycle lane in Dry Lake. The contract concluded in 2021 with "5D Construction" is worth 48,987,046.00 ALL. This tender is red flagged.

Sewers in Sauk

The other tender is for the construction of a sewer network in the block bounded by "Adem Sina" and "Hiqmet Buzi" streets in Sauk. Veliaj also signed this tender in 2021 for the company "5D Konstruksion" with the value of ALL 29,347,096.00.

The wrestling gym

The reconstruction of the wrestling gym is the other tender that Veliaj signed for "5D" in the amount of 3,328,067.00 ALL. This tender was awarded in 2020.

Cleaning, heating and lighting

Another tender is that of materials for cleaning, disinfection, heating and lighting. "5D Construction" won this tender for the value of 299.2 in 2019.

Water pipe from Kroi to the Chocolate Warehouse

The 5th tender is for the reconstruction of the water supply network from the Kroi Pumping Station to the Chocolate Warehouse. Veliaj awarded this tender to "5D" in 2018 for the amount of ALL 6,824,486.00. This tender was awarded to the directors' company, although the latter, according to SPAK, did not meet the special qualification criteria.
