Action of SPAK/Balla: Self-purification of the police and the fight against unstoppable crime

The Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla, has reacted regarding the SPAK mega-operation, which has issued 50 arrest warrants for exponents of the world of crime as well as for police officers.

In his response, Balla emphasizes that the fight against organized crime and the self-cleaning of the police are unstoppable and are yielding results for increasing the security parameters in the community.

Balla underlines that the trust of the citizens is the key element for the Police to fulfill its mission.

"The fight against organized crime, thanks to the cooperation with SPAK and other law enforcement agencies, as well as the self-cleaning of the State Police by the Police employees connected to them, are unstoppable and are yielding results for increasing the security parameters in the community, creating a decent police force with integrity as well as for the increase of citizens' trust in the State Police. The trust of the citizens is the key element for the Police to fulfill its mission", writes Balla./ CNA
