SPAK's operation to arrest the heads of organized crime continues, where 50 arrest warrants have been issued. Below are the names of 26 persons for whom security measures have been issued so far by SPAK and signed by GJKKO and the crimes they are accused of.

There is still no official announcement from SPAK.

Security measures have been issued for:

1 - Leonard Duk arrested in Belgium is awaiting extradition for the murder of Santiago Malko.

2 -Erlis Duka still wanted for the murder of Santiago Malko

3- Fatmir Hysen , alias Docja, wanted for the murder of Santiago Malko and the assassination of Inez Hajrulla.

4- Arben Ndoka, the wanted former MP, has been in Dubai for more than a year, mentioned in the "Metamorfoza" file.

5- Xhevi Ndoka, Arben Ndoka's brother, arrested earlier for the properties communicated measures in prison.

6- Samuel Ndoka, grandson of Arben Ndoka.

7- Armando Ndreca , brother of MP Eduard Ndreca.

8- Elvis Ndreca, the uncle's son of MP Eduard Ndreca,

9- Astrit Avdylaj wanted, for ensuring conditions to commit murder. Known in File 339.

10- Aldo Avdylaj, grandson of Astrit, provision of conditions to commit murder.
