The First Instance Court of Korça has imposed the security measure "Obligation to report to the judicial police" on Bledjon Nallbat's brother, accused of "Disturbing public peace" and "Obstructing the movement of means of transport".

Democratic Party (DP) parliamentary candidate Bledjon Nallbati, along with his brother, were involved in a physical conflict with a truck driver a few days ago.

" At the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Korça, a hearing was held today, on 06.05.2025 at 12.30, with the subject matter: "Validation of arrest in flagrante delicto, assignment of the security measure "Obligation to report to the judicial police" against citizen AN suspected of committing the criminal offenses "Disturbance of public peace", and "Obstruction of the circulation of means of transport" provided for by articles 274/1 and 293 of the Criminal Code.

The court, at the end of the trial, decided: Acceptance of the request. Validation as legal of the arrest in flagrante delicto and the assignment of the security measure "Obligation to report to the judicial police" for this citizen , the court announces./ CNA
