Berisha appears in SPAK/ GJKKO decides whether the case will go to trial

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, will appear today at SPAK, for the implementation of the security measure "Compulsory appearance". The session starts at 09:00.

As always, the DP structures have asked their supporters to be in front of SPAK in support of the leading democrat.

" Dear friends. On Monday at 8:30 am, the Chairman of the Democratic Party, Prof. Dr. Sali Berisha, will be at the doors of SKAP.

Please mobilize the branch structures so that everyone is there.

"8:30 in front of SKAP headquarters. Thank you ," the announcement says.

Today, a hearing is also taking place at the GJKKO where it will be decided whether it will go to trial or not.

The hearing was postponed to April 24, after lawyers requested the disqualification of Judge Flojera Davidhi, a request that was rejected./ CNA
