Taksimi i profesionistëve të lirë/ Tabaku: Kushtetuesja të tregojë se është mbi palët

Deputetja Jorida Tabaku ka deklaruar para mediave se ligji për taksimin e profesioneve të lira është antikushtetues dhe tregon fytyrën dhe pamjen e qeverisë në këto vite.

Tabaku u shpreh se është përgjegjësi e Gjykatës Kushtetuese që të tregojë se është mbi palët, pasi kërkohet shfuqizimi i tij.

“Ne duhet ta mbrojmë punën, shtresën e mesme dhe ata që punojnë. Ligji i tatimeve është ndërruar 23 herë, duke krijuar pasiguri jurdike dhe tatim preferencial. 169 profesione të lira paguajnë një tatim të padrejtë.

Ne provuam që ligji është antikushtues, ka trajtim preferencial, efektet mbi bizneset janë shkatërruese. 11 mijë biznese janë mbyllur. Ky ligj është fytyra dhe pamja që ka treguar qeveria në këto vite.

Argumentet e qeverisë janë qesharake, se ka paaftësi të drejtorisë të tatimeve duhet të rrisin taksat.

Sot është përgjegjësi e Gjykatës Kushtetuese që të tregojë se është mbi palët”, tha Tabaku./ CNA
