As in the case of the other two tests, that of Foreign Language and Literature, the mathematics thesis has also been published after the graduates have entered to take the exam in the respective halls.

After the publication of the thesis, the Ministry of Education reacted, stating that this does not affect the examination process.

"The Ministry of Education and Sports assures all graduates and the public opinion that the process of the State Matura exam in Mathematics is being carried out within all the safety standards defined in the State Matura Regulation.

We reiterate that the publication of the Matura exam thesis, after the start of the exam, does not in any case affect the process and progress of the State Matura exam.

About 28,000 high school graduates, in 144 exam centers across the country, continue to take the Mathematics exam calmly and in accordance with all the safety standards set out in the State Matura regulation, creating every opportunity for high school graduates to show their skills and their competences acquired during high school in Mathematics.

The measures taken in advance by the Ministry of Education and Sports and the educational structures, such as, strict monitoring of the exam environment through security cameras, additional training for administrators, rigorous control of entry and exit to the premises where the exams take place, increased transparency and improvement of the exam conditions to create a friendly environment that helps reduce the stress of graduates and improve their performance are the assurance that the State Matura Process is a transparent and fair process for all graduates", it is emphasized in the reaction of the Ministry of Education./ CNA
