The Democratic Party has addressed a request to SPAK and the head of this institution, Altin Dumani.
The DP requests information on how many investigations have been launched into electoral crimes by SPAK.

In January 2025, SPAK established a task force dedicated to investigating electoral crime. We have also learned that SPAK has entered into a cooperation agreement with the CEC for the investigation of electoral crimes. Today, two months after its establishment and a few days before the official election campaign begins, we request information on the following:
How many investigations has SPAK launched for electoral crimes from January 2025 until the day of your response?
How many of these investigations have you initiated on your own initiative (mainly) and how many have come as a result of denunciations/reports?
