SPAK has revealed details about the "SKY ECC" application, which was used by crime "heads", politicians and businessmen.

"Phones equipped with the SKY/ECC application were also advertised on the website www.skyecc.store, where the customer was interested through their email address and then they were assigned a SKY/ECC service reseller where they could pick up the phone. . Payment to be equipped with a SKY/ECC telephone was made in cash. Other payment methods, paypal, bitcoin and bank transfer were also used on the website.
