Lawyer Saimir Vishaj has stated that the mandate for SPAk Prosecutors should be limited.

During an interview with the journalist Juli Xhokaxhi, Vishaj said that SPAK prosecutors should act at the right time and moment, and not deal with the "hooligans".

"The mandate should be limited, but we should intervene so that the SPAK prosecutor does not pursue the case in the second or third instance. It is important the subject with those who investigate.
