SPAK interrogates the girl of the video scandal/ It was filmed in intimate

A video was published today on social networks, where the mayor of Kukës, Safet Gjici, was seen having sex with a girl in his office.

Immediately after the publication of the video, the Special Prosecutor's Office started criminal proceedings against Safet Gjicin.

SPAK also identified the girl and interrogated her.

The girl who had sex in the office with Safet Gjicin has been identified as a 40-year-old citizen with the initials AK, originally from Berat, who lives in Durrës and turns out to be married. She has a consulting business for third-party companies in Tirana.

Meanwhile, SPAK is expected to interrogate Safet Gjicin as well. The case against the latter has started for the charge of "Abuse of duty", a criminal offense which is provided for by article 248 of the Criminal Code and carries a sentence of up to 7 years of imprisonment.

We remind you that immediately after the publication of the video, Prime Minister Edi Rama dismissed Safet Gjici from his position as mayor of Kukës.

On the other hand, Gjici himself announced that he resigned and apologized for the erotic video./ CNA.al
