Albanians in support of Kosovo / Protest in front of the Prime Minister's

As it was warned on social networks, a protest started this afternoon in front of the Prime Minister's Office in Tirana.

The protest is taking place for the situation in Kosovo, which is in a tense situation with Serbia for the municipalities in the north, escalated by the kidnapping of 3 Kosovar policemen.  

Supporting Kosovo, the citizens are protesting with the motto "Yesterday, today, tomorrow, forever together!"

This protest comes at a time when Prime Minister Edi Rama has held critical positions towards Kosovo and its Prime Minister, Albin Kurti.

Rama submitted a draft for the association of municipalities with a Serbian majority in the north of Kosovo, without consulting Albin Kurti.

Also, he canceled the joint meeting of the two governments that was scheduled to be held in Gjakova.

Meanwhile, even for the kidnapping of 3 Kosovar policemen, the head of the Albanian government has sided with the internationals./  CNA.al
