Survey/ Will you protest on Friday against the thieving directors and Veliaj?

CNA has asked the citizens if they will protest on Friday against the thieving directors and the mayor Erion Veliaj. 

On the CNA website and on the CNA TV screen, a survey is displayed where citizens can express their opinion regarding the question: "Will you protest on Friday against the thieving directors and Veliaj?"

For this, Albanian citizens have three options to choose from, pressing "Yes", "No" or "I don't know".

On Friday, the third protest is expected to take place in front of the Municipality of Tirana, where the citizens will again demand the resignation of Veliaj, after the scandal of the "5D" file, where his directors, or rather his associates, are behind bars for tender abuse and the theft of millions of euros. 

Meanwhile, investigations by SPAK continue and it is expected that there will be other persons under investigation. The head of the Municipality of Tirana has also been summoned to the Special Prosecutor's Office for this scandal. 

There was no lack of criticism from Rama regarding the scandals that happened in the country's largest municipality. The latter has not at all spared the thieving directors of Erion Veliaj and the mayor himself, calling them traitors, cowards and corrupt. Rama came to the defense of SPAK and motivated him to continue with the investigations. 

In the last protest held in front of Tirana City Hall, the citizens were angry with Veliaj. There were no shortage of clashes between them and the police, after they tried to enter the building. 

On the other hand, Veliaj appeared "tanned" and worried in the media appearances, even though he tried to "cover" the scandal with propaganda./ CNA
