The next hearing for former Prime Minister Sali Berisha and his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi, has been postponed to July 19.
In the session that took place today, judge Irena Gjoka decided that Berisha and Malltezi must pay if they want to receive the files that SPAK has compiled as part of the investigations during these last 2 months.
Meanwhile, SPAK has taken another 3 months, until October, to extend the investigation deadlines for former Prime Minister Sali Berisha and his son-in-law Jamabër Malltezi, who are under investigation for corruption for the "Partizani" file.
"On July 19, we will receive the documents. The judge decided that the documents must be obtained with payment. These acts belong to us. They have no problem making photocopies and the financial obligation is settled in the end. There must be 12 bundles that have been prepared for these two months," said lawyer Genc Gjokutaj after leaving the GJKKO./CNA
