A serious incident occurred this morning in Gjirokastra. ...
Gunfire broke out this morning in Lezha. According to reports, the incident took place in a complex in Shëngjin.
One person was injured and was taken to the Lezha hospital for medical attention. It is reported that two citizens suspected of being the perpetrators of the incident have been identified and work is ongoing to apprehend them.
Meanwhile, the investigation team is at the scene and is continuing to work to fully clarify the circumstances.
Police announcement:
At around 10:45, in a complex in Shëngjin, under still unclear circumstances, citizen K. Gj., around 35 years old, was shot in the leg. The injured person was transported for medical assistance and is out of danger.
Through rapid investigative actions, two citizens suspected of being the perpetrators of the incident have been identified and work continues to arrest them.
The investigation team is at the scene and is continuing to work to fully clarify the circumstances. /CNA
