"We are preparing for a big change. Some conditions must be created for the state to enter this market. And with this entry, the state will guarantee reserves for any occasion. It will also affect the price of oil. By bringing it to reasonable parameters. We are preparing not only to enter with a state component, but to introduce some innovations related to technological capacities into the oil market.
