The explosion in Lushnja/SPAK requires a reassessment of the measures

The Special Prosecutor's Office has sent a request to GJKKO for the re-evaluation of the measures determined by the Court of Fier in connection with the explosion in Lushnja.

The court of Fier has left the construction entrepreneur in prison in the warehouse owned by the SP deputy, Bujar Çela.

The security measure of arrest and imprisonment has also been imposed for Leonard Gjini, who is accused of violating the rules of protection at work with serious consequences.

The Court of Fier has filed charges against 7 people in connection with the explosion, where a father and son lost their lives and 6 other people were injured.

Accusations have also been brought against the SP deputy, Bujar Çela, who is being investigated for "Violation of the rules of protection at work", "Illegal construction", and "Destruction of property due to carelessness"./ CNA
