Violations and actions against regulations/ Border guard in Qafë-Thane

A police officer at the Qafë-Thane Border Crossing Point is suspended from duty.

The case is related to a video published on social networks, from which the Director of the Korça DVKM, upon learning of the material, immediately suspended Inspector RS from duty.

Also, the Director of the Korça DVKM has initiated a disciplinary investigation against the Police employee, pursuant to Article 121 of Law No. 82/2024, "On the State Police", point 1, letter "m", "Committing actions that seriously harm the image of the police employee, the institution or the police service as a whole".

The materials were passed to the Directorate of Professional Standards at the DPRS, which will conduct a more in-depth investigation into the case. /CNA
