Socialist MP Erion Braçe has raised a concern on social networks regarding the telephone services of the "One" company.

In his response, Braçe writes that despite having made every payment and obligation to the company, for a month there is no service, no internet, no messages and no minutes to talk.

He further explains that the thing that irritates him the most in this situation is that, in addition to the many complaints he has made throughout the month, he has received silence and blocking as a response.

The socialist deputy says that he is not the only one who has such a problem, but also many other citizens.

He points out that all this happens in a DUOPOL market - with only two companies, and there is a miserable service.

" I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A PHONE FOR A MONTH, A WHOLE MONTH!" TODAY IS JULY 31, THE LAST DAY AND I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A PHONE EVERY DAY! FROM TOMORROW, I ALSO HAVE TO PAY THE BILL WITHOUT A MINUTE EVERY DAY THIS JULY, SERVICE-telephone, internet, messages!

I AM UNDER CONTRACT WITH ONE COMPANY; FOR YEARS! Yes, I have been paying my debts through the BANK for years!

At the bank I learned that this company did not send my invoices to the bank; like me, there were many with this problem.

Every week of this month, I have been in their store; After the second week, they obeyed, and a week ago the bill arrived at the bank;

I received confirmation from the BANK that EVERY BILL PRESENTED TO THE BANK IS PAAAGUUUUAAAAR! I took one from their store the other day!

Por, perseri TELEFONI ESHTE I BLLOKUAR, INTERNETI PO ASHTU! Me duhet te rri ne zona me ËiFi prej nje muaji! Ajo qe me acaron eshte qe NUK REAGOJNE! Heshtin dhe bllokojne! Natyrisht ARROGANCA e ketyre ne marredhenie me njerezit eshte e NEVERITSHME; une nuk jam i vetmi me kete hall!
