The testimony of Eduart Meta, the long-time owner of the Igor Construction company, is revealed.

In his testimony, Eduart Meta stated that:

I do not have a specific profession. I managed a private business. From 2015 onwards I worked in a private business in Tirana, in an electrical company, then I slowly rose. I have not carried out any other activity. Even before 2015 I worked privately with subcontracting without a license, then I was licensed. I then owned Igor Construction, Igor Elektrik. I registered with the National Chamber of Commerce in 2014, make no mistake. I started like that until it grew as a company and became a natural person.
