Vladimir Bajlozi, a resident of Sukthi, says that he suffered a heart attack so he started collecting the years of work for the disability pension. He saw that he was missing a few years from 1985 to 1994, when he worked as a coachman at the Sukthi company.

Vladimir turned to ISSH, the archive in Lundre and again did not find the years of work. He appealed to the court in 2021, but the hearings have not been held yet.

Vladimir Bajlozi: At the end of 2019, I suffered a pre-infarction and went to the camp, I started collecting the years of work and saw that I was missing a few years. From the release from the army until the system was broken, namely from 1985 to 1994. I made a request to Lundre, the ISSH of Durrës, I received the answer "your file is not found, go to the court". I was a coachman in this company and in 1994 they brought me a letter at home. The company that had bought Sukthi's wife, as I was a coachman and managed the horses, and told me "to come and present yourself, to either keep the horses or hand them over". I have that document, which proves that I was a coachman, plus I have witnesses.

Journalist: In which year did you go to court?

Vladimir Bajlozi: In 2021. In the first session, the judge instructed us to close in this form that you have done because I cannot do it like this. When we went to the next hearing after a few months, there was a different judge, the same thing again.

Journalist: From 2021 we are in 2024, has the court decided anything?

Vladimir Bajlozi: Nothing. Now the last one.

Journalist: So you still continue with court hearings?

Vladimir Bajlozi: We are still continuing with court hearings.

Even after three years, the court hearings have not yet started. The whistleblower's lawyer says that the judge sent the case to the Administrative Court for jurisdiction.

Vladimir Bajlozi: At what stage are we now?

Lawyer: Now we have opened the trial for Garxena, Besjana Garxena and at the same time we have opened another trial for Kostandina Kura. She took it to the Administrative Court of First Instance, Tirana, for jurisdiction.

Qytetari: Mos thotë si radhën e parë, se për Zotin, se i thonë 3 milionë lekë.

Punonjësja: Radhën e parë s’deshe ti. Se s’deshe të paguash fare. “Jo, më mirë shkoj tek gjyqi, se m’i ka borxh.”

Qytetari: Unë e dija, se mbaron gjyqi shpejt me një seancë.

Punonjësja: Sa më shumë diferenca të marrësh ti, më keq është, se do të kërkojë më shumë. Ti që atëherë ta kishe bërë, e kishe mbyll me pak. Ç’deshe, që u hallakate ti? Ka një komision këtu, që është Isa kryetar dhe mendoj, që ta bësh me Isën. Dhe është një komision në Tiranë. Po ti i kishe ndjekur rrugët. Të ka nxjerrë negative Isa, të ka nxjerrë negative dhe Tirana dhe mbas negatives së Tiranës, ti mund të shkosh veç në gjyq. Tani do presim të gjejmë fakt të ri. Do ta sigurojmë ne një fakt të ri, për shembull një librezë pune, që ti e ke pas dhe nuk e ke ose një asistencë, një gjë. Ti vetëm ki durim!

Në këto kushte qytetari mori kontakt me juristin dhe me 500 mijë lekë të vjetra, arriti të merrte vitet e punës, përfshirë diferencat e kaluara.

Qytetari: Tani si t’ia bëjmë? Të vete unë në gjyq, apo të mos vete?

Juristi: Në gjyq e ke më të mbrojtur, që nuk ta luan më njeri sa të kesh jetë.

Juristi: Dëgjo, si është puna! Dhe këtu po këto shpenzime do kesh, se nuk është, se kam unë gjë në dorë. Ca më thonë, do të them. Lekët do i marrësh. Të gjitha, sa ke të prapambetura, do të t’i jap. Sa ke paguar për gjyqin?

Qytetari: Po ku mbaj mend unë? Di unë, sa kam paguar.

Juristi: Po ti në gjyq gjithë lekët ça ke harxhuar, i bie mos të marrësh asgjë. Të vazhdosh t’i marrësh shtesat nga fillimi prapë.

Qytetari: Ta heq qafe atë punë.

Juristi: Ato, që do harxhosh, jepi këtu dhe mbaron atë!

Juristi: Të paktën sill gjysmat tani, të tjerat, kur t’i marrësh. Në rregull?

Qytetari: Po sa?
