The entrepreneur and businessman Gjergj Luca has made a surprise for the head of the DP Sali Berisha on the occasion of his 80th birthday.
Gjergj Luca's sharp ironic notes were not missing in this congratulation, who calls on him to stay strong where he is (on the balcony of the house) until Albania joins the EU.
