Businessman and former official, Ervis Agasi, has reacted exclusively to CNA, following the controls carried out in one of his activities, by order of SPAK.
The order was issued by the prosecutor of the Special Prosecution Office, Bledar Maksuti.
In his statement to CNA, Agasi emphasized that he is open to any type of investigation.
"I have said it from the beginning. I am open to any kind of investigation and I make myself available to the justice authorities. Today, a control was exercised in one of my activities, purchased a short time ago, which is included in a criminal investigation by SPAK. As I emphasized, I am open to any kind of investigation," Agasi reacted.
Agasi gave this statement to CNA, after interest in the controls carried out by SPAK and the news spread in the media regarding these controls, but also a bunch of rumors about arrest warrants, detentions, and more./CNA
