The General Secretary of the Socialist Party, Blendi Klosi, spoke about the initiative that Prime Minister Edi Rama presented in Congress, artificial intelligence, which according to the government's number one will save Albania from corruption and help us integrate into the EU.

Ylli Rakipi: Even with humor, you wanted it, because the people understand it and it works for us. So the normal intelligence you have, how will you replace it with artificial intelligence? What are you going to put in there?

Blendi Klosi: Agreed... (laughs) First of all, we need to understand what intelligence is. It is a grouping, a large database of information, when you look for an answer, you find it there.

Ylli Rakipi: Don't you put Edi Rama in?

Blendi Klosi: In the database that is managed by artificial intelligence, all things written digitally, from the EU, from Albania, from all over the world, are entered. When you want to get environmental law for example, what other countries have said about the environment, you don't need to get translated EU legislation, but there are summaries that artificial intelligence can bring. What the administration should put in the database is the legislation of the country, most of which are in digital version. So, all the European legislation is archived, we throw the Albanian. Artificial intelligence takes it and processes it. If before I asked hundreds of people in the ministry, we did not have a full assessment of all the legislation in the field.

Ylli Rakipi: What about the tenders that Edi Rama said?

Blendi Klosi: The companies will put all the information in the artificial intelligence database.

Ylli Rakipi: Who chooses the winner?

Blendi Klosi: It will no longer be necessary for the builder of road x to throw the materials every time he makes the road, but he has thrown them. When road X is built, for example, the work is done by the administration, but it is the intelligence that does not allow you to evaluate the standard... When the companies that can build the road are evaluated, it will no longer be the individual, it will be technology.

Blendi Klosi: Undoubtedly, in the end there will be a person who will sign, a group of people who will sign. We are using technology to facilitate all of this.
