Citizens do not stop/ They warn of the next protest

The protests against the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, will not stop, but will continue again in the coming weeks.

This was announced shortly before the closure of the protest by activist Adriana Kalaja.

She stated that there will be a protest next week as well, which may take place on Friday.

However, Kalaja emphasized that the date of the protest has not been decided definitively, as there is information that Veliaj will not be in Albania.

"I have information that next Friday Erion Veliaj will not be there. But we will not withdraw until he is arrested", she said.

On the other hand, the leader of the DP for Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, stated earlier that Veliaj will go to the Netherlands to the parent company of the Tirana incinerator on Thursday, April 25./ CNA
