Journalist Ola Xama, in the show "Te Paespozuarit" on MCN TV, again denounced the corrupt directors of the Municipality of Tirana, for whom she said that in February 2022, they gave themselves a tender to demolish the buildings. 

She said that Company 5D, or as it was previously known, "Vas Konstruksion", has received contracts for the demolition of 22 buildings. Then, according to the journalist, Molla and Qato gave a tender to their own company to do the demolition.

They awarded a tender to their own company to do the demolitions. The residents say that it was the IMT who demolished the buildings. As far as I have spoken with them, the court's decision on a case is hidden reconstruction, which declare damaged buildings, to give in cooperation with Tirana DC, to other investors. Tirana DC takes a part, the builder and the residents are not told where they will go but will end up in "5 May". I went there, the works were very slow. Not even 1/3 of the residents have been accommodated. On February 22, 2022, houses were demolished and there are still inerts left. The municipality pays a rent bonus for forcibly evicted families, when they are still not cleaned inert," said Xama, among other things.
