Analyst Neritan Sejamini has requested the merger of the Municipality of Tirana.

For this request, he took the trigger from the "5D" affair in the Municipality of Tirana, of the directors of Erion Veliaj, who were arrested by order of SPAK after the report of former MP Belind Kelliçi. 

Sejamini said in the show "The Unexposed" that a criminal organization has been created in the Municipality of Tirana to extort public money.

He emphasized that Tirana Municipality should be investigated from beginning to end, as state money was used to supply private businesses.

"There have been several other investigations for contracts by the Municipality of Tirana. Almost every leader of the Municipality has also had private activity and they led public activity to private activity.

I was impressed by a lady who was a natural person and received 600-700 thousand euros and also worked in the Municipality for 600 euros per month. So the scheme is this, I work in the state to take the state's money to the private company.

It was implemented by directors and employees of the municipality. The entire municipality of Tirana should be merged. What happened is not accidental.

Not at night, but during the day, they worked for the private company. They used state money to supply private businesses. Tirana Municipality should be investigated from beginning to end. Every decision and contract issued by the Municipality of Tirana must be investigated, we had a rotten organization. A criminal organization has been created to extort public money," declared Sejamini./ CNA
