Qeveria i ka konfiskuar 20 mijë m2 shoqërisë "Salillari".

CNA.al mëson se vendimi është marrë pasditen e sotme në mbledhjen e Këshillit Kombëtar të Territorit.

Godina me sipërfaqe 20 mijë m2 ndodhet pranë Liqenit të Thatë, në Selitë.

Konkretisht bëhet fjalë për një “godinë banimi dhe shërbimi 2, 4 dhe 6 kat, me 2-5 kat parkim dhe shërbime nëntokë”.

Ndërkohë, kujtojmë se kjo nuk është hera e parë që shoqërisë “Salillari” i konfiskohet një ndërtesë.

Në shtator të këtij viti, “Salillarit” iu konfirskua një pallat në ndërtim në zonën e Farkës, në Tiranë, me një sipërfaqe 1200 me 2.

Ky konfiskim u bë në kuadër të vendimit të qeverisë për ndërtimet pa leje. Ndërkohë, një ditë pasi pallati u konfiskua, CNA.al siguroi video që tregonin se “Salillari” vijonte punën normalisht duke hedhur kate shtesë./ B.A. - CNA.al
