Bomb in SPAK and the Court of Appeal/ The person who gave the alarm is found

The citizen who called around 11:00, on 08.11.2022, in the operating room of the DVP Tirana, to announce the placement of a quantity of explosive material at the Court of Appeal, is identified and criminally prosecuted. 

The structures of the State Police, including the Anti-Terror Directorate, were notified of the placement of an explosive substance in the building of the Court of Appeal (without specifically specifying in which building the court of appeal).

 Nga ana e strukturave të Drejtorisë së Antiterrorit u kryen veprimet e para hetimore, verifikuese dhe kontrolluese, në bashkëpunim me Njësinë Antieksploziv të Repartit Special RENEA dhe me efektivët e komisariateve të Policisë Nr. 1 dhe Nr. 3, Tiranë.

Pas tërësisë së veprimeve të kryera, në asnjë nga ambientet përreth godinave nuk u gjet lëndë eksplozive.

Në vijim të veprimeve, nga Drejtoria e Antiterrorit u referuan materialet procedurale në Prokurorinë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë Tiranë, për veprën penale “Përhapja e informatave të rreme që ngjallin panik”, për shtetasin J. K., 47 vjeç, i dyshuar me probleme të shëndetit mendor.

Procedural actions continue, in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office at the Tirana Court of First Instance, for the complete documentation of the commission of the criminal offense, the identification and capture of other citizens who are suspected of inciting the JK citizen to make a false phone call in the operating room, spreading panic and alerting the police services./CNA.al
