The Democratic Party member of the Tirana Municipal Council, Jonathan Pano, delivered his speech at the podium at the protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office.

Pano said that young people are leaving the country every day and the Albanian people are becoming poorer every day. He stressed that a technical government is necessary to restore the vote and free elections to Albanian citizens.

"I have decided to be here as a citizen of this country. Today I am humbled and heartbroken. I am humbled because I see less and less in the auditorium every day. Heartbroken because I see the country getting poorer every day. I am here as a generation that was forced to flee and remain silent. The time for the final battle has come. This is the mountain of state capture, the mountain of the narco-state, created with dirty money. The mountain of degeneration that seeks to enslave children now. The mountain of the law that seeks to destroy the traditional family. It is the mountain of grandparents who are ending their lives without dignity. This mountain must be moved. This mountain faces the Albanian people, impoverished but not broken. We are the representation of families without hope, of patients treated as clients. We must say enough. We are asking for a technical government to return the vote to the people", said Pano. /CNA
