Gender Equality Bill/ Bozdo: It abolishes family tradition and creates imaginary

Democratic Party MP, Eno Bozdo, was present today at a roundtable organized by the Berat Mufti.

In a post on social media, Bozdo states that during his speech he emphasized the need for the withdrawal of the draft law "On Gender Equality" from the Parliament.

He writes that this bill undoes family tradition and constructs imaginary genders. Bozdo emphasizes that the definitions of this bill open a dangerous and unacceptable path for the Democratic Party.

Today at the meeting organized by the Mufti of Berat, in the presence of the Orthodox and Catholic clergy, MPs from across the political spectrum, as well as representatives of the local government of Berat.

Together with my colleague Zija Ismailaj, we emphasized the need for the withdrawal from the Parliament of the P-Law "On Gender Equality", which in essence, as presented by the government, undoes family tradition, undoing the only genders we know, man and woman as the essence of family and society, and constructing imaginary genders!

The definitions of this P-Law open a dangerous and unacceptable path for us as members of the Democratic Party.

Even the amendments from the SP's troubles don't solve anything!

We have demanded the complete withdrawal of the P-Law and its no longer being introduced!
