GJKKO accepts SPAK's request/ One of the accused for smuggled oil in Durrës is left in prison

The Special Court has accepted the request of SPAK, leaving in prison, citizen Juxhin Koka. He is accused of having stolen 200 thousand liters of oil from a ship that was anchored in the port of Durres and of having bribed a police officer to carry out the theft.

Specifically, Juxhin Koka is accused of committing the criminal offenses of "Smuggling of goods for which excise duty is paid, or with full or partial suspension of customs or excise duties", committed in collaboration, "Active corruption of persons exercising public function" committed in collaboration, "Theft", committed in collaboration, provided for by articles 172/3 and 25, 244 paragraph 2 and 25, 134/3 and 25 of the Criminal Code. /CNA
