Xhaferri: With the 5D manual, the Tirana municipality allocates millions for

Democratic Party MP Besart Xhaferri expressed in a reaction that the increasing conditions and fees have caused students to abandon Student City.

In his Facebook post, Xhaferri states that the Municipality of Tirana has allocated 5 billion lek for facades in the Student City and is implementing a 35 million euro project for the reconstruction of 19 buildings, while most of the dormitories remain depreciated.

The MP says that this has exposed students to real estate agencies, who charge them exorbitant prices, which he says are a byproduct of money laundering in construction. Xhaferri emphasizes that attention should be turned to these few students who remain in the country.
