The head of SPAK, in his report to the Assembly for 2024, was also asked if there are any politicians who are part of criminal groups. Dumani stated that no subject has been identified as part of a criminal group at the member level.
The head of SPAK said that there was a case where a politician was linked to a criminal group, a case which he said is currently in the trial phase.
Regarding other cases, Dumani stated that he cannot provide information as they are in the preliminary investigation phase.
