SPAK Head Altin Dumani, when asked about wiretaps and decisions of the Constitutional Court, said that the Special Prosecution Office does not have the competence to control the decisions of other courts or the Constitutional Court. Dumani said that according to the Criminal Procedure Code, SPAK investigates the activity of judges regarding criminal offenses and wiretaps are approved by the prosecutor and controlled by the GJKKO.
