The police make "havoc"/ Arrest a man who placed lotto

It has long been debated whether the lots should be allowed to be placed, since it is a fact that they were never actually removed.

The case reported today by the State Police, where they announce that they have arrested a 40-year-old man, who was placing lottery tickets through his mobile phone, best proves that those who are passionate about gambling, or as it is called placing tickets, always will find a way.

At the end of the actions, the citizen was arrested in the act:

- AH, 42 years old, resident in Tirana.

As a result of the continuous checks carried out by the Police services, this citizen was caught in the act, in a bar, placing sports bets, through the mobile device, which was seized as material evidence.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action./CNA.al
