Journalist Julian Hoxhaj, while talking about the flood situation in Vlora, recalled that earlier this city was suffocated by garbage smoke.

Hoxhaj said that in Vlora tourists were suffocated by toxic smoke at the height of the tourist season and no one took responsibility for this situation.

The journalist called on the citizens to stand up and denounce these problems.

"Vlora has massively voted for the socialists. Vlora, before the floods, was suffocated by garbage smog. The city was polluted by garbage that was burned at the height of the tourist season, and no one was held accountable.

While tourists were suffocating from toxic fumes, the mayor was campaigning.
