The Minister of Defense, Pirro Vengu, has reacted to the situation in the country after the downpour, which has caused numerous problems.

Vengu informs that in support of the Municipality of Vlorë, it has sent 2 motorboats, 2 teams equipped with 2 motor pumps, 8 vehicles of high mobility and 30 military forces.

He declares that the National Civil Protection Agency is coordinating and organizing the operational structures at the local and central level.

"Bad weather, accompanied by unusual rainfall intensity in some areas of the country, has caused various problems.

In Vlora, the situation worsened as a result of large flows, while problems were registered at the pumping stations. In these conditions, the National Agency of Civil Protection and the Armed Forces, after calling for support from the local government, provided support with 2 motor boats, 2 teams equipped with 2 motor pumps, 8 vehicles of high mobility and 30 military forces.

Also, to come to the aid of the community near Vlora Municipality, the National Civil Protection Agency is coordinating and organizing the operational structures at the local and central level, where 6 forces and 2 vehicles from the South Infantry Department have been sent from the Armed Forces. .
