6 justice institutions reject the request/ KLP agrees to go to the "Xhafaj" Commission

After massive rejections from justice institutions, the High Council of Prosecution has accepted the request to participate in the Special Commission, directed by Fatmir Xhafaj.

The High Prosecution Council has appointed two members to participate in the Commission.

In principle, Arta Mandro, non-prosecutor member, and Vate Staka, prosecutor member, were appointed.

On the other hand, 6 justice institutions have rejected the request for participation in the "Xhafaj" Commission.

They have expressed that they have informed them of all the problems during the exercise of their duties and do not consider it reasonable to participate in the activity to give an account to the former minister Fatmir Xhafaj, whose commission intends to call the institutions of justice and prevent and control their work./  CNA
