The Supreme Court has set the date of October 15, at 1:20 p.m., for the review of Ervin Salianji's request for the suspension of the decision of the Court of Appeal.

According to the drawn lot, Sokol Binaj will be the relator of the case, who will examine the request of Salianj, who is in Fier prison where he is serving his sentence.  

The request will be reviewed in the consultation room.
