On August 9, the Police and institutions intervened to vacate several premises, which are state property and were rented by Irfan Hysenbelliu, who has lost the right to administer and rent them with the decisions of all levels of courts.

The property where the television station of Irfan Hysenbelliu, a businessman drowning in millions and millions of euros in debt, was located, is under the responsibility of state institutions, which will take it under administration.

On the other hand, the opposition has sided with Irfan Hysenbelliu, defending the illegality and calling the act of returning property to the state political and directed by Rama.

Today, at a press conference, DP leader Sali Berisha said that these are tyrannical acts of Ramaduro's narco-state.

"I condemn with the greatest force, on behalf of the DP, these tyrannical acts of Ramaduro's narco-state, and I demand the immediate restoration of the signal, the normal activity of journalists and employees of News 24 and other media of this group," Berisha said, among other things.

While other opposition figures have had similar reactions, saying that we are dealing with a violation of free speech.

In fact, this is not true. The lease for the building where Irfan Hysenbelliu's television station was located ended three years ago, and as determined by the court, this property must be returned to the state.

So throughout this period, Irfan Hysenbelliu, the businessman and builder who is now known to be in debt with millions and millions of euros, has been operating in this building illegally, as this property belongs to the state and according to the law must be returned to the state./ CNA
