The appeal of GJKKO has left in force the measure of house arrest for former prime minister Sali Berisha.
Thus, the Appeal rejected the request of Berisha's lawyers.
Lawyer Genc Gjokutaj told the media that they will not surrender and the next step will be recourse to the Supreme Court.
