The son-in-law of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, Jamarbër Malltezi, has appealed to the Supreme Court.
Maltezi demands the removal of the "house arrest" security measure.
This is because he claims that he has not committed any criminal offense.
The appeal was submitted on Wednesday, while the lottery is expected to be drawn and the date and time of the hearing will be set.
Likewise, the Special Prosecutor's Office has appealed to the Supreme Court against the decision of Judge Iliriana Olldashi, who released Jamarbër Malltezi from prison.
