No wonder Basha continues the divisive mission/ takes Bardhi's post,

There is nothing surprising. Lulzim Basha has continued his mission of dividing the Democratic Party.

This Saturday, in the National Assembly of the Democratic Party of Vula convened by Lulzim Basha, the changes in the party's statute were approved. 

According to these changes, Lulzim Basha will also be the head of the parliamentary group.

During the period when DP is the opposition party, the chairman of the Party, in this case Lulzim Basha, will also be chairman of the Parliamentary Group.

 According to the new changes in the statute, the General Secretary is responsible for the organization of the party, as well as for its daily functioning. He organizes and follows the implementation of the acts issued by the central bodies of the party in the PDSH branches.

The Secretary General is assisted by the Secretariat in exercising his powers. The members of the Secretariat are elected by the National Council.

In the absence of the General Secretary, the Party Presidency may command one of the members of the Secretariat to exercise the functions of the General Secretary. The order cannot last more than 3 months

Accordingly, in "ARTICLE 48 PARLIAMENTARY GROUP OF THE PARTY" it is stated:

1) The Parliamentary Group of the DPSH consists of its deputies in the Assembly of Albania.

2) When PDSH is the governing majority, the Chairman of the Parliamentary Group is elected by the National Council's proposal of the Party Chairman, by secret ballot, between no less than two candidacies.

3) When PDSH is not the ruling majority, the Party Chairman is also the Chairman of the
Parliamentary Group. The Chairman of the Party, with his authorization, may appoint one of the Vice-Chairmen
of the Party to lead the Parliamentary Group.

4) Parliamentary Group of the DPA:

a) represents the DPA in the Parliament and ensures there the protection of the platform, program
and interests of the DPA;

b) drafts the program and determines the way of action and engagement of its deputies
in the Parliament and in the respective electoral areas;

5) Rregullorja e funksionimit dhe përfaqësimi institucional i Grupit Parlamentar, miratohet me vendim të Kryesisë së Partisë.

Një nga ndryshimet e tjera është ajo që tregon që kreu i partisë nuk jep dorëheqje dhe pse humb zgjedhjet.

Kuvendi rezultoi siç pritej, çdo ndryshim Basha e ka përshtatur sipas interesave të tij personale.

Me këto ndryshime Basha vërteton atë që është thënë gjithmonë që qëllimi i Bashës nuk është Partia Demokratike por karrigia e tij dhe bashkëpunimi me Ramën./ CNA
