Balla, urdhër bashkive për vendosjen e sinjalistikës rrugore përreth shkollave/ Masa ndëshkuese kush nuk i bindet

Ministri i Brendshëm, Taulant Balla ka prezantuar masat e reja sigurinë në shkolla.

Një nga masat është dhe për bashkitë dhe kryetarët e saj.

Balla ka urdhëruar që Bashkitë të marrin të gjitha masat e nevojshme për vendosjne dhe mirëmbajtjen e sinjalistikës rrugore vertikale dhe horizontale, dhe semaforëve të nevojshëm brenda Perimetrit të Sigurisë së shkollave, brenda një afati 90 ditor nga sot.

Në rast se kjo nuk përfundon brenda afatit do të merren masa ndëshkuese ndaj kryetarëve të bashkive të parashikuara nga ligji.

“Sa i përket sigurisë rrugore, do t’u kërkojmë Bashkive që të marrin të gjitha masat e nevojshme për vendosjen dhe mirëmbajtjen e sinjalistikës rrugore, vertikale dhe horizontale, dhe semaforëve të nevojshëm brenda Perimetrit të Sigurisë së shkollave, brenda një afati 90 ditor nga sot. Në përfundim të këtij afati, përmes strukturave të Policisë Rrugore, do të kryejmë monitorimin e gjendjes së sinjalistikës së sigurisë dhe do të marrim masat ndërshkuese ndaj kryetarëve të bashkive, të parashikuara nga ligji për përmbushjen e këtij detyrimi”, tha ndër të tjera Balla./ CNA
