CNA has secured the decision of the Special Court of First Instance for the sterilization concession file, one of the "hot" issues in the hands of SPAK that has also brought numerous political reactions.

After the report made by "Nisma Thurje" in December 2019, the Special Prosecutor's Office has filed charges against 8 people, as being involved in the criminal offenses of "forgery of documents", "fraud" and "abuse of duty".

After the investigations, the court ordered "prison arrest" for the former Deputy Minister of Health, Klodian Rjepaj and businessman Ilir Rrapaj.
