In a television interview, the lawyer Spartak Ngjela warned that there is expected to be a "blow" from the SPAK side towards high-level officials who are involved in corruption affairs.

The lawyer emphasized that three or four high-ranking officials up to the level of ministers may be subject to SPAK for violations committed during their duties. He emphasized that Prime Minister Edi Rama was scared by this situation.

"Both sides are scared. Even Rama is scared. These are criminal cases that are handled by large, international, anti-crime structures. I see that there is movement, Saliu is arrested. I have the impression that there will be three or four from the higher levels, ministers. Rama is inviolable because he is prime minister and has the majority. When he threatens SPAK, he tells them that I have the majority. When the legal structures often come out and say we will continue, they have a political argument, not a legal one. Because delays create question marks and they take this step to say that we are who we have been and will continue," said Ngjela./ CNA
