Citizen concern: For weeks, the Korçë-Tirana road, a total of 185 km, has been a five and a half hour drive.

After going to the airport, it takes another two hours. The biggest problem: the roundabout of Elbasan and a segment with those speed bumps that cars jump up and the speed goes to 0 km per hour.

Then Astiri, which is always blocked, also the Vorë-Airport segment and so on.  I mean the navel of Albania, where most light and heavy vehicles circulate, a total of 50 km, it will take 3-4 hours.

Madam Minister of Transport, how do you sleep? Why do doctors get up at night and sit on the patient's head? Why do teachers foam in the classroom to explain something difficult? Why are cops always on duty, for better or for worse? Why do cleaning workers go out at night and sweep? Why are pharmacists at the service of people all day?

So, the feeling of responsibility towards the life of the community and its improvement should concern those who have undertaken to work in the relevant instances. Therefore, go out on the street once, Madam Minister, together with some of the staff of your ministry, see what is being done and tell us concretely how you intend to solve these impasses and when.

Two weeks ago, I had a French woman with her two sons on a plane. With great excitement, they were coming to make a tour around Albania, renting a car.

In silence, I cried a lot. Of course I didn't say anything to him, but I really felt sorry for him, how would he move with this terrible traffic situation...
