Under investigation with Veliaj/ The hearing for the 3 businessmen continues at the GJKKO

While the hearing of the appeal of the security measure in the Appeal of the Criminal Court for the arrest of Mayor Erion Veliaj continues, the hearing for the other 3 people investigated in the case is also continuing.

We are talking about businessmen Shkëlqim Fusha, Gentian Sula and Meriman Palushi.

From the information so far, it is learned that the lawyers' defense has just ended and now it is the turn of SPAK prosecutors to give their conclusions.

The last two businessmen were not at the hearing, but had sent lawyers to represent them. The defense requested the lifting of the 'compulsion to appear' measures against the businessmen in question.

 "It is not at the level of the legal standard that the evidence be sufficient, that the suspicion be reasonable," said the lawyers./CNA
