"Metamorphosis" case/ The hearing is postponed, here's the reason

The hearing at the Special Court for the defendants in the "Metamorphosis" case has been postponed due to the absence of Edmond Preka's lawyer. The next hearing will take place on April 4.

Among the defendants in the case are businessman Pëllumb Gjoka, former head of the Operational Office, Oltion Bistri, and former head of the Kukes Prosecution Office, Xhevahir Lita.

Businessman Pëllumb Gjoka is accused of the murder of Gjin Ndoji in 2020 and of complicity in two other murders. Meanwhile, former prosecutor Xhevahir Lita and former head of the Police Operational Forces, Oltion Bistri, are accused of corruption and leaking secrets.

Also accused in this case are Astmer Bilali, Behar Bajrovic, Edmond Preka and former police officer Ardit Hasanbegaj.
